The ticketed price does not imply that the item has been sold at this price; it is ICE Jewellery's regular ticketed price for the item when it is not on sale prior to any negotiated discounts. Few or no sales may have occurred at the ticketed price prior to promotion. All sale prices apply while stocks last or until the current campaign finishes and are not valid with any other offer. Some items may be temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Prices correct at the time of publishing online. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. RRP (Recommended Retail Price) is a price suggested by the manufacturer of the product.
We do not negotiate prices on our products, and all our prices are final. We make every attempt to ensure that our online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In the rare or unlikely event of a pricing error in the price displayed online, the company can cancel orders and refund customers' payment using the same method as the original payment due to the pricing errors (or for any reason). To give you the opportunity to view our products in detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs. Colour and size often vary slightly.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of South Australia. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Ice Online mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ice Jewellery (“Ice Online”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Ice Online’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ice Online through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ice Online. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to ICE Online or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Ice Online mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

TERMINATION
ICE Jewellery reserves the right to terminate your use of this site and block your access to iceonline.com.au if deemed appropriate.

It means that, based on advice received by us from the manufacturer, there is a reasonable expectation that the RRP is from time to time used as an offer price by others in our market. ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN POLICY
You may return any jewellery item that has not been worn, scratched, damaged, or altered in any way within 30 days from delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note that our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to online purchases. We do not cover the loss of an item. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately.
BODY JEWELLERY RETURNS
We regret to inform you that all body jewellery purchases are non-refundable. We prioritise your well-being and want to ensure that every item you receive is brand new, untouched, and free from any potential contamination.
The following items are non-refundable under this category:

- Belly piercings.
- Toe rings.

All images, photographs, and videos featured on this platform are subject to copyright protection. Any unauthorised use of these copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from us. We retain the right to enforce all claims under the applicable copyright laws.
ONLINE PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
While we strive to accurately represent the colours and descriptions of products showcased in our online store, it is important to acknowledge that the appearance of product images may vary depending on individual screen and monitor settings. GEMSTONES COLOUR REPRESENTATION
Various types of lighting can alter the perception of colour. For instance, the same gemstone may exhibit distinct appearances under different lighting conditions, such as fluorescent, incandescent, halogen, tungsten, and other sources commonly encountered in daily life.
Photos displayed online may not accurately represent the colour of a specific gemstone, and some images may have been manipulated to depict the gemstone in a manner not typically observed under normal lighting conditions. Additionally, it's important to acknowledge that the colour reproduction of computer monitors can vary, resulting in significant differences between the displayed colours and the actual colours of the gemstones.

SHIPPING
When you place an order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. The shipping date estimates may be visible on the shipping quotes page, depending on the chosen shipping provider.
If Australia Post fails to locate your parcel for successful delivery or is unable to return it to the sender, ICE Jewellery cannot provide compensation for any loss or damage incurred.
While we take the issue of missing or lost parcels seriously, ICE Jewellery cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach their intended destination. If you claim that an order was not received but a signature was obtained, we will initiate an investigation with Australia Post. Please note that instances of non-delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis and require a thorough investigation.
Kindly note that this investigation process may take up to 10 business days, and we may request additional information to aid in the investigation.
