**Body Jewellery such as Nose piercings, earrings, belly piercings and toe rings are non-refundable.

 

Products are returned to us unworn & in original packaging.

The packaging will protect the jewellery against damage during transport.

Refunds/Exchanges will be processed using the original tender type i.e. eGift Card, AfterPay, PayPal or Credit Card. 

 

To ensure the utmost security of your return or exchange, we kindly request that you send the item back to us via Australia Post Registered Mail.
 
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the transportation process.

To return a purchase, print out our returns formfill it in and ship it with the goods to initiate the return. No printer? No problem! Please include a handwritten note in your return parcel stating the details of your return. Ensure the items are in the original packaging. We suggest using a registered eParcel through Australia Post.

Body Jewellery Returns

Please be advised that all body jewellery purchases are non-refundable. We prioritise your well-being and want to ensure that every item you receive is brand new, untouched, and free from any potential contamination. 

The following items are non-refundable under this category:

  • Nose piercings.
  • Earrings.
  • Belly piercings.
  • Toe rings.

 

Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns, any shipping costs charged on the original order will not be refunded to the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the purchaser unless the item is deemed faulty. In the case of a faulty item, please contact our team via phone or email: customerservice@iceonline.com.au

 

Ring Size Exchange 

Please note that we allow only one ring size exchange, so it's important to be confident in your chosen ring size before initiating the exchange process. To assist you in this, please consult our Online Ring Size Chart.

A shipping fee of $14.95 will be applied to any ring size exchange.

We're delighted to offer FREE shipping via Australia Post for all orders totalling $99 or more!

Rest assured that when you place an order with us, your items will be carefully dispatched from either our Adelaide warehouse or our trusted drop shipping partners. Every shipment is meticulously tracked, and you'll receive a unique tracking number for complete visibility of your package's journey. We prioritise the use of Australia Post for its top-notch security measures and prompt delivery service.

In certain instances, we may expedite the shipping process by arranging for your order to be directly shipped to you from one of our reliable suppliers or brands. This approach helps to streamline delivery times, ensuring you receive your package as swiftly as possible.

There is a processing timeframe of 1-5 or 4-8 Business Days depending on the item(s) in your cart.  The processing time is stated on each item's page. We'll ship your order via Standard or Express post, depending on your nominated delivery method after the processing timeframe is complete.  Our shipping carrier is Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post Shipping times for further information regarding shipping timeframes.

If there are items with different processing times, we'll use the longest, typically 4-8 Business Days, before shipping your order. We ask that you check each item's page for its processing timeframe if you are unsure about the expected shipping time of your order. 

Please be aware that while we aim to process your order within the specified timeframe, sometimes, unforeseen supplier delays can occur.  If your item is delayed for any reason beyond the processing timeframe listed, we will notify you.

However, please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to expedite shipments to our valued customers efficiently. This means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after reconsidering your order, it might already be in the shipping process. In such cases, we regretfully cannot make changes or cancel the order once it has embarked on its journey to you.
